A Quality Home Inspection provides a wide variety of inspection services for buyers and sellers in Eugene and Springfield, Oregon, along with their surrounding areas. Our inspection reports will give you a good look at any of the house’s deficiencies, the condition of every inspected component, and tips for home preservation.
Buyer’s Home Inspection
Before you invest your hard-earned money into a new home, make sure that you’re aware of its true condition. We closely examine all of the property’s most important systems and components to make this possible. Our inspections include:
- Structural System
- Plumbing System
- Electrical System
- Air Conditioning System(s)
- Heating System
- Ventilation and Insulation
- Solid-Fuel Burning Appliances
- Detached Garage
Do you want to avoid unexpected issues while trying to close the sale? Booking our Pre-Listing/Seller’s Inspection service will greatly reduce the risk of the buyer’s inspector finding a deal-breaker. As an added bonus, you’ll gain the time and perspective needed to make necessary repairs before the home even hits the market!
New Construction Inspection
Don’t make the mistake of assuming that everything is perfect with a newly constructed home. Instead, turn to us for confirmation. We’ll inspect the house with a contractor’s eye and report back about anything that’s not as expected. You can give our findings to your builder to get any problems resolved before moving in.
New Construction Phase Inspection
Concerned about whether or not your new construction project is going according to plan? We provide New Construction Phase Inspections to give you some much-needed peace of mind. Our inspector will visit the construction site multiple times to look for any issues. If a problem is found, it can be remedied with your builder before it becomes an even bigger issue.
Loan Draw Inspection
If you’re working with a lender on a new construction project, the odds are high that they won’t release all of the funding at one time. Instead, they’ll most likely require a Loan Draw Inspection service to protect their financial investment. During these inspections, we verify that the project is running smoothly and within the anticipated budget.
We heavily encourage every buyer to book a Re-Inspection service after their home repair addendum has been addressed by the seller. This provides you with protection from any shortcuts that may have been taken by the seller or their contractor. We will compare the current condition of the home to the agreed upon repair list to ensure that every item was fully completed.
Radon is invisible, odorless, and tasteless, but overexposure to it can cause lung cancer. In fact, radon is second only to smoking in the U.S. for lung cancer-related deaths. Nationwide, 7% of all homes have an issue with radon. Locally, 12% of Asotin County homes are at risk, as are 17% of Nez Perce County houses. A professional Radon Test is an important step for safety-conscious buyers to take.
